Here's a very well maintained, original non-smoking owner, Class C Motor Home. This is the 31 foot full basement model and very well maintained. Plenty of storage in kitchen area for pots, pans, food, and sundries. There is an entertainment area in the kitchen with connections for cable TV, DVD, VCR or satellite and the RV is pre-wired with cable TV connections in overhead bunk and rear bedroom as well. Bunk over driving compartment opens to a large queen sized sleeping area with privacy curtain. Living area and bedroom are Berber carpeted, the bath has beige vinyl flooring and the kitchen features hardwood floor. All walls are papered in easy-to-maintain vinyl wall paper. All windows have pleated day-night shades except for the kitchen which has a mini blind. Upgraded maple cabinets throughout. Upholstery on the sleeper sofa (J Steel Sofa with Drawer), dinette, cushions, window cornices, and bed spread, are a pleasing green and cream contemporary print. Welcoming and easy to maintain. Driving compartment features green carpeting with matching floor mats, grey dashboard with wood trim, cream leather seats for driver and passenger, in-dash AM/FM 5-CD CD Player with built in Bluetooth, USB, and Accessory inputs. This coach has lots of lighting including overhead fluorescent lights from front to back, brass coach lights on the slide out, lots of small recessed overhead lights and courtesy lights near the floor. Outside the coach features full basement storage. One compartment on the driver's side rear features all the connections for water, electric, sewer, telephone, cable, and features an outdoor shower. There is a large automatic awning from Carefree of Colorado with Dometic Weather Pro power control system with wind sensor. There is also a privacy windshield cover for use when camping, towing hitch and Roadmaster Falcon 2 towing assembly for a dingy (towed car). This unit has been lovingly maintained and cared for.
