I am a female professional who is looking for someone who is mature, neat, and preferably a professional or student. I am hoping to find someone who is respectful of their roommate and cleans up after his/herself. I do not mind get a together of friends as long as I am aware of it prior and it will not be until all hours of the night. I am easy-going and laidback and a bit of a home-body, and keep to myself. I am looking at going back to school so I would probably be just holed up in my room most days - though I do that already. Haha.
I am asking for $525 for the room rental. This would also include all water,electricity, heat and high speed internet and netflix
The date of tenancy will be dependant on finding the right occupant. The earliest would be September 1.
