We have a 5 bedroom house and are only using our main floor. Our basement including 2 bedrooms, living room, full bathroom is now available for rent.
We have off street parking, air conditioning, Cable/Internet, front/back yards. Located 2 blocks from a 711, grocery store, bank, pub, shoppers, 3 blocks from the river, and are on a double bus route.
This would be perfect for a student or young parent.
It is a kid friendly environment as my sons are home a week on week off. It is a really quit place when it's just me and our kitty.
We would have a shared kitchen and laundry (we have always had roomate and never had issues sharing these spaces) and you would have your own full size fridge downstairs as well. You're more than welcome to hang out upstairs anytime you like too. :)
I would like $800 if it is 1 adult or 1 adult w child, or $900 for 2 adults this includes rent and all bills.
Looking for a roomie(s) that is kid and kitty friendly, down to earth, trustworthy, reliable and has steady income. (obviously lol)
I will add pics once our previous roomie has all his stuff out in the next day or so :)
We also have a tv with cable and games set up in Basement and a couch. We can move them or leave them for your use. :)
